About the Workshop
We invite you to a hands-on XR Workshop focusing on how virtual, augmented, and mixed reality (VR/XR) technologies can be effectively used in industry, training, promotion, and innovation. During the workshop, you’ll learn how to design, build and use immersive XR environments — from trade fair booths to industrial training rooms — and explore how these tools can enhance visibility, learning, and collaboration in the green technology and energy sectors.
The workshop will be led by Robert Szlęzak (ECN S.A. Poland), who brings over a decade of experience in applying 3D and VR technologies in industrial projects.
What You’ll Learn
The event is divided into 3 parts:
🔸Part 1 – Designing and Building an XR Stand (9:00-11:00) Learn how to create and operate a trade fair or training booth using VR/XR technology, including stand design, equipment setup, and best practices for engaging visitors. Please note: Lunch is not included, there are 2 restaurants at the venue.
🔸Part 2a – Utilizing XR in Industry 4.0 (11:30-13:30) Explore how XR, AI, and 3D printing technologies are being used in real-life industrial settings, education, and promotion — with practical examples from European projects.

🔸Part 2b – Practical Workshops (14:00-16:00) Get hands-on experience with 360° photography, video, and live transmission — from capturing and editing to creating virtual tours and hosting XR sessions.
All sessions will be recorded, and exclusive training materials will be available afterwards via a private YouTube link.
